At 11.15 AM there a Sarige (KSRTC) and at 9.45PM there is a Rajahamsa (KSRTC) service to Ooty from Bangalore.

Rajahamsa bus timing from Ooty to Bangalore : 6PM

The Rajahamsa service infact go all the way to Coonurs, there about 20km beyond Ooty.
